    Please bring this up during the 1 to 1 appointment along with your list of medications and supplements. Certain medications may interact with detoxifying herbs, affecting their efficacy or causing side effects.
  • What kind of results should I expect?
    This will not eliminate your menopausal symptoms or any other chronic issues you may have. This will simply stop “adding fuel to the flame” and potentially level out any extreme symptoms especially as they pertain to reduce the extreme. Not all your menopausal symptoms will change in a week, and know that this is a good start in shifting your symptoms for the better.
  • Can I start the Reset later than the rest of the group?
    Yes, you can, however you will not receive the full email and Voxer support outside of the reset dates. You will have all the recordings.
  • Where does the reset take place?
    You can do this from the comfort of your home. You will want easy access to your supplies materials. Workshops and Office hours will be on Zoom.
  • When is the Reset?
